[Bug] Codex Desktop UI rendering issue: Plugins page and input area are clipped / blank on macOS Intel

Description

Codex Desktop has a UI rendering issue on my Mac. Some parts of the interface are clipped, blank, or only partially visible.

The issue is especially visible on the Plugins page and around the chat input area.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Codex Desktop.
2. Go to the home/input page.
3. Check the area below the chat input box.
4. Open the Plugins page / “Let Codex work your way” page.
5. Check the search bar, plugin cards, and plugin list content.

Actual Result

• The area below the chat input box shows abnormal blank space.
• The Plugins page does not render correctly.
• Some buttons near the search bar appear only as gray placeholder bars.
• Plugin cards are clipped or mostly blank.
• Some text is only partially visible, for example only fragments like F, ets, or part of edit spreadsheet files.
• Card content and layout appear shifted or cut off.

Expected Result

• The chat input area should render normally, without abnormal blank or clipped UI.
• The Plugins page should display buttons, cards, text, and icons completely.
• Plugin cards should not be clipped, blank, or partially hidden.
