Summary

On the Codex Windows app, enabling Require ^ + enter to send long prompts does not change Enter behavior. Pressing Enter still sends the message immediately.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open Codex Windows app.
  2. Enable Require ^ + enter to send long prompts.
  3. Click into the chat input.
  4. Press Enter.

Expected Behavior

Enter should insert a newline.
Only Ctrl + Enter should send.

Actual Behavior

Pressing Enter sends the message and starts processing.
