MCP servers UI doesn't work anymore

What issue are you seeing?

The MCP Servers configuration UI stopped working. From a fresh install, add one MCP http server. After adding, the new server is loaded in the 'From plugins' section. Adding a new server from this point onwards will no longer work - clicking Save on the server details screen does nothing. Restarting the app will show the first added mcp server in the 'Servers' section, but adding a new MCP server no longer works. Likewise, it's not possible to Uninstall an MCP server. Editing the config.toml file updates the list on the Codex app when restarting, but it's not picking up the OAUTH mcp servers added manually.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

As above.
