What issue are you seeing?

Changing Configuration doesn't work - changing anything on the Configuration page shows in red "Configuration was modified since last read. Fetch latest version and retry.". Something is wrong with the latest install...

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Given I have decided to give the ChatGPT Pro plan, I thought why not just use Codex. But I keep having issues after issues just configuring MCP Servers, and even the basics, the Configuration for sandbox settings. I might as well downgrade to ChatGPT Plus, and get a Pro with Claude at this rate.
