After the planning mode ends, two options are provided at the bottom: "1. Yes, implement this plan 2. No, tell Codex how to adjust." The options menu overrides the model selection options.

This prevents me from using another model to execute the plan. For example, I use GPT-5.5 xhign to create a plan. After the plan is created, I want to use GPT-5.5 medium to implement it. However, the options menu blocks the model selection bar. I have to click the ignore button to close the options menu before I can switch models, and then send "Yes, implement this plan" again.

I can only click "Ignore" to close the options menu, and then select the model again.
