I just voice recorded and started a task. The message was SENT. Codex RESPONDED. Now the fucking thread is missing. It's gone. No record of any update to that thread, or any voice recording. FUCK YOU OpenAI. How the fuck dare you lose my work after I trusted you with it. Fuck you for fucking beta testing your vibecoded shit-ass garbage on us. Fuck you for changing the rules whenever you want. Fuck you for not dogfooding your own product. Fuck you for not caring about this app and your customers. FUCK YOU!! You are SHIT. You are worse than Anthropic, because their engineering culture prioritizes bad code. You were supposed to be better, yet over and over you have gone out of your way to remind us that you are the same garbage. Fuck you.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

1. Use the app the way OpenAI recommends using it
2. Observe the deep discrepancy between promised and actual behavior
3. Realize AI is still all hype
4. Write an angry github issue because we have no other recourse

What is the expected behavior?

Don't lose my motherfucking data you fucking savages.
