Add support for copying chat content in Codex mobile

I hope Codex mobile can support copying chat message content, similar to the Codex desktop app.
Right now, when using Codex on mobile, it is not very convenient to copy generated content such as Markdown, code blocks, commands, summaries, or issue drafts. It would be very useful if Codex mobile also supported copying chat content so users can easily paste it into GitHub, Cursor, Notes, or other tools.
