[Codex Desktop] Add an option to show/hide hidden folders in the file tree

What feature would you like to see?

Now that the file tree/sidebar has returned, it would be very useful to have an option to show hidden folders (dot folders) such as:

• .git
• .claude
• .codex
• .agents

When I need to use codex to help me modify the skills file under .codex/skills, it is very necessary to be able to see the hidden directory in the file tree.
