What issue are you seeing?

My weekly "Thinking" usage bucket (3,000 messages) failed to "top-up" or reset on the scheduled anniversary of May 23.
Current Status:
• Usage Level: 36% (decreasing actively with use).
• Next Reset Date in UI: May 30.
• The Issue: The system is correctly tracking my consumption but skipped the reset event. It is effectively treating a 7-day limit as a 14-day allowance (May 16 – May 30).

What steps can reproduce the bug?

1. Log into the ChatGPT Plus dashboard.
2. Observe "Thinking" usage is significantly depleted despite entering a new calendar week.
3. Observe "Starts over on" date is set to 7 days in the future from the missed reset date.
