`$`/`@` in app can not see installed skills or files when the session is starting with `new worktree`
What version of the Codex App are you using (From “About Codex” dialog)?
26.519.41501
What subscription do you have?
Pro 20x
What platform is your computer?
Windows 11
What issue are you seeing?
<img width="2060" height="339" alt="Image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/812086de-71cd-4a64-a6bf-77a65b964bb3" />
As the first image shows, the app itself can detect the remote server's skill.
If we directly open the remote session, we can still see the skill:

But if we choose to start a session with new worktree, the skill becomes unreachable:
<img width="518" height="343" alt="Image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/e478a6af-2932-45db-b374-023b993ec973" />
The at search is the same. It works perfectly if the session is already created or is a fresh and simple one.
But I will see the expected search result if the session begins with new worktree.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
Remote session + starting with New worktree.
What is the expected behavior?
The $ and @ work as expected.
