Feature request: allow moving conversations between projects

Hi, I’d like to suggest adding support for moving an existing conversation to a different project.

Right now, if a conversation is accidentally started under the wrong project, there does not seem to be a way to move it into the correct project later. This can make project organization messy, especially when the conversation contains useful context or work that belongs in another project.

A simple “Move to project” option for conversations would be very helpful. Thanks!
