Display usage and reset times.

What feature would you like to see?

Currently, when you reach a limit, you see a message:

🖐 You've hit your usage limit. Upgrade to Pro (https://openai.com/chatgpt/
pricing), or wait for limits to reset (every 5h and every week.).

First, there is no "approaching limit" message, so there's no way to modulate your behavior to try and wrap up a task.

But more critically, this does not tell me when my limit will reset, nor which limit is breached. I do not know if my limit will reset in 5 hours, 5 hours from when it last reset, or a week from some unspecified time. In practice, it means that when I hit a limit, I must abandon the tool, as I can't wait for hours to only find that I'm actually past an unspecified weekly limit. As a tool for professional use, this makes it disappointingly useless beyond an initial session, as I cannot rely on it.
