Android Codex remote shows stale/partial thread list; iOS shows correct list from same Mac host

Environment:

• Mac: macOS, Codex Desktop 26.519.41501
• Host: Mac-mini-Andrej.local
• Android: Android 16, SM-S906E
• iOS: iOS 18.7.8 iPhone
• Same ChatGPT account on Android and iOS

Issue:
Codex remote on Android shows only 2 chats and not all projects. The same Mac host opened from iPhone shows all 4 active chats correctly.

Expected:
Android Codex remote should show the same projects and active chats as iOS for the same Mac host.

Actual:
Android shows a stale/partial list: only 2 chats. One of them is an archived/old chat. iPhone shows the correct 4 active chats.

Troubleshooting done:

• Updated ChatGPT app and Codex Desktop to latest versions.
• Force stopped ChatGPT Android.
• Cleared Android app cache.
• Cleared Android app data.
• Logged in again.
• Revoked Android device access from Codex Desktop.
• Reconnected Android to Mac host.
• Restarted Codex Desktop.
• Verified Mac local state: 4 active threads exist and iOS sees them.

Evidence:

• iPhone sees all 4 active chats from Mac-mini-Andrej.local.
• Android sees only 2 chats from the same host/account.
• Codex Desktop state contains 4 active threads.
• Android had multiple duplicate device entries before revoking access.

Request:
Please investigate Android Codex remote cache/session sync. It appears Android is using stale sidebar/thread/project state while iOS receives the current state from the same Mac host.
