Limit is being drained when Codex or ChatGPT is not being used.
Context: Woke up in the morning, ran the Codex app and checked the usage, it showed 94%. This is not the first time I have noticed this. It's kinda annoying, especially on the Plus plan where limits are already so low and models consume so much...

What steps can reproduce the bug?
Do not use codex for extended period of time(~8h in my case).
Open codex app and see 94% instead of 100% available.
What is the expected behavior?
Expected to see 100% available limit.

I also encountered this situation.
I didn't do anything and opened it, but it gave birth to 99%.
After silently waiting for a while, it turned into 96% on its own

FYI, turning off ambient suggestions may fix this: https://github.com/openai/codex/issues/25302
Thanks, will try to disable and see. But this feature shouldn't even be counted towards usage limit, especially when it's enabled by default...

I am seeing this issue, but more significantly than a few % pts. It's down to ~60% weekly quota left, down from ~90% last night, with absolutely no actual usage occuring. Plus account. Very very very frustrating.
