Annotations - Only 1 and it auto submits

What issue are you seeing?

in the codex desktop app the annotations seem to now auto submit when i type the text and click the check box or press enter.
i used to be able to make as many annotations as i wanted and they would insert themself into the chat window and i would have the ability to also add more comment in the chat window then submit the annotations with the chat .. this happened in an update within the last week or so...
very slow and cumbersome now and also not good as often i would annotate 2 things related that both needed to be done at same time, like move from 1 annotation to another annotation location etc..

What steps can reproduce the bug?

click the annotate button , select an item and tehn press the enter button or the check box to save the annotation text and it auto submits it straight into the conversation

What is the expected behavior?

it should be placing the annotations into the chat window and not submitting it.
