What issue are you seeing?
There seems to be a UI rendering/layout bug in the Hooks settings page.
The content panel becomes visually broken/misaligned:
- excessive blank area on the left/right
- incorrect panel sizing
- partially rendered sections
- loading spinner stays visible in the background

What steps can reproduce the bug?
- Open Codex Desktop App
- Go to Settings
- Open the "Hooks" section
- Observe the broken layout/rendering
What is the expected behavior?
The settings panel should render normally with correct layout sizing and alignment.
Additional information
This seems related to the Hooks settings UI specifically.
