What issue are you seeing?

Observed behavior:

5h quota still shows ~56% remaining
Weekly quota already shows ~93% used
Weekly reset date is Jun 4
Today is the beginning of the visible weekly cycle

This appears mathematically inconsistent from a user perspective.

If the 5h quota is a subset of the weekly quota, then:

remaining weekly quota should not be lower than the remaining quota inside the current 5h window.

Current UI behavior suggests either:

quota accounting uses hidden weighting rules,
weekly and 5h quotas are measured differently,
or the quota UI is desynchronized/stale.

The current UX is very confusing because both indicators appear to represent the same resource usage category.

Environment:

Codex Desktop
GPT-5.5 Medium
Large Unity repo with repeated reasoning/tool usage
