Advertisements / Promoted apps in latest versions of codex

Codex shows ads / promoted apps even when the login is done through an enterprise account.

Please remove these advertisements or allow default disabling them.

Or otherwise clarify whether OpenAI would be responsible for data leak since it started promoting these apps in corporate environment without any intimation.

Setting apps._default.enabled to false also disables connectors and there is no way to enable them aside from digging into codex config cache internals and getting the ID.
