Codex CLI $ completions are cluttered with nonsense

What issue are you seeing?

When I used to type $, a list of skills I had installed would show up for completion options. Instead of that, I now see this nonsense:

This isn't useful and shouldn't be there. This sort of blatant, intrusive advertising is not what I would expect in a "Pro" subscription service.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Open Codex CLI. Type $

What is the expected behavior?

Do not have a bunch of advertising in something that is meant for code development.

The workaround is to run codex features disable apps. This might be classifiable as "not a bug," but it is an extremely negative user experience to have advertising as part of a premium subscription product. It would be disappointing if this is the intended experience.

@etraut-openai Running /plugins shows something similar right now with Codex CLI v0.145.0. Care to share what the duplicate is where I can follow up and see when this will be dealt with?
