What version of the Codex App are you using (From “About Codex” dialog)?

What platform is your computer?
Microsoft Windows NT 10.0.19045.0 x64 (NOT in "dark mode")
What issue are you seeing?
Codex app title/caption bar is completely black. Cannot see menu options, min/max/close symbols etc.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
Just start the app with Windows NOT in "dark mode"!!
What is the expected behavior?
