What issue are you seeing?

There seems to be a parsing issue with results of code review /review that causes the initial part of the text sometimes to not be rendered. When copying the text with the copy button, the text appears. Seems is some parsing/rendering error where the initial part sometimes gets discarded. The workaround is to ask the model to explain or use the copy button to copy/paste on text editor to see the markdown text. This is a regression with several of the latest versions.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

execute code review tool several times and observe in some cases the text is missing/chopped.

What is the expected behavior?

rendering of the whole text
