Hello,
I have a NAS that holds all my code that I was working on with Claude, and I tried to do some work in Codex and it doesnt respond to any messages. I am working out of the desktop app but when I point to the mounted folder, I asked simple questions like what folder structures do I have or anything and it just gives me an error that the request could not be processed. I had tried to do a large task and it ran for 4 hours and did nothing so I cancelled that and now every message in new chats to that folder just error out. I uninstalled and reinstalled and still nothing works. I cannot use codex period.

Thanks for the post, but there's not enough information for us to diagnose. Please file a bug report and fill in all of the information requested in the bug report template include the variant of Codex that you're using, the version, and any repro steps you can offer. If possible, use
/feedbackto upload logs and include the session ID in your bug report.I need this issue reopened, there are no session IDs as the chat does not even load, I cannot load a single chat with my mounted file structure.
