Bug: Black overlay blocks Codex Plugins/Skills screen

Description

When opening the Codex plugins/skills screen, a large black overlay appears in the center/left side of the interface. This overlay blocks the content and makes the page unusable.

What happens

• The search bar is visible.
• Part of the plugin/skills list is visible on the right side.
• A large black rectangle covers the main content area.
• The overlay cannot be closed or removed.
• The issue happens specifically on the Plugins/Skills screen.

Expected behavior

The plugins/skills screen should load normally without a black overlay blocking the interface.

Environment

• Device: Mac
• App: Codex desktop app
• Theme: Dark mode
• Issue persists after restarting the laptop and reinstalling the app.

Impact

I cannot use or configure plugins/skills because the interface is blocked.
