Skills list in the Android app is the Windows codex skills list when it should be the WSL skills list

WSL skills from repo ./.codex/skills and from ~/.codex/skills show

Looks like the skills list in the App in WSL mode also doesn't show the WSL codex skills
I hacked app codex home to be my wsl folder to workaround this. Unsure if it's fixed but closing
