Constantly getting error popup when trying to access an older thread?

What issue are you seeing?

When I go to an older chat, I keep getting these. If I try to close it, it just pops up constantly non-stop. I have to hard-close the Codex App from the Activity Monitor. Here's the popup:

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Just go to an older Codex thread (like 10-20 chat threads ago?)

What is the expected behavior?
