After updating the Windows app, the "Add to conversation" bubble that appears after selecting text is not visible when the display scaling is not set to 100%
What steps can reproduce the bug?
- Use Ctrl+=/Ctrl+- to change the app's zoom level
- Select text
The pop-up bubble appears in an unexpected position or is not visible at all
The issue only appeared after updating the Windows app today
What is the expected behavior?
The selection pop-up works correctly

I can confirm that the bubble isn't appearing in the Windows app even when the zoom is at 100%.
It works correctly in the VSCode extension of codex.
Edit: It works perfectly if the plan is generated from within the VS Code extension itself. However, if the plan is generated from the Codex app on Windows 11, the "add to task" function cannot be used within the VS Code extension.
This seems to be related to rendering.
