After updating the Windows app, the "Add to conversation" bubble that appears after selecting text is not visible when the display scaling is not set to 100%

What steps can reproduce the bug?

1. Use Ctrl+=/Ctrl+- to change the app's zoom level
2. Select text

The pop-up bubble appears in an unexpected position or is not visible at all
The issue only appeared after updating the Windows app today

What is the expected behavior?

The selection pop-up works correctly
