Codex mobile fails to connect

What issue are you seeing?

I had Codex desktop connected to two different laptops. I tried to connect Codex mobile. It tried connecting to one of them, but I wanted it to connect to the other one instead. I tried closing out one of the Codex desktop instances and re-establishing the connection, but it wouldn't do it. It said there was a network error.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Try following the above steps.

What is the expected behavior?

Ideally, codex mobile should be able to connect to either of the Codex desktop instances.
