What steps can reproduce the bug?

当我选择否 输入文案的时候 由于使用的是中文/其他文字的输入法时 当我使用回撤 enter进行选词录入的时候就会出现错误的发送

1. 进入plan执行阶段
2. 选择否（false）
3. 使用输入法输入中文/其他语种输入
4. 在选词的时候按下回车
5. 错误的发送（问题出现）
