Codex app not display sub-agent status any more

What version of the Codex App are you using (From “About Codex” dialog)?

What issue are you seeing?
Before the latest update, when I using codex spawn sub-agent, code app UI can see the sub-agent status and chat. With the current version I'm using, the agent still tell me it spawn the agent but I'm can't see anything in the app.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
- install latest version
- login and ask agent using superpower skill sub-agent
What is the expected behavior?
Able to see Sub-agent status and workflow in the codex app
