Error code: 0X87E10BC6

This is a legitimate Windows 11 machine, located in and with the region set to United States.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

• Open Microsoft Store
• Search for Codex (or ChatGPT)
• Attempt to install app

Button shows installing for a brief period, and then fails with "Something Went Wrong" and the above error code.
