Logging out of the Codex app also logs me out of ChatGPT

What issue are you seeing?

Context: I have multiple ChatGPT subscriptions, and I frequently need to switch accounts in the Codex app due to token limits.

Issue: When I log out of the Codex app, the same account also gets logged out from ChatGPT in my browser, which is very annoying and impacts my productivity.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

1. Log into ChatGPT in web browser.
2. Log into Codex using the same ChatGPT user
3. Log out the Codex user
4. When you go back to ChatGPT, you will notice the ChatGPT session was also removed and you need to re-login.

What is the expected behavior?

Logging out in codex app should not affect my session in ChatGPT. Codex should maintain a separate session from ChatGPT.
