Personal Pro but I also bought team/workspace accidentally-waiting for that to expire

What platform is your computer?

inspiron 27 7710 all in one, Microsoft Windows NT 10.0.26200.0 x64

What issue are you seeing?

windows sandbox failed: spawn setup refresh

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Notes:

• Closing/reopening Codex did not fix it.
• Running as administrator did not fix it.
• Repair failed in Windows Settings.
• Reset did not fix it.
• Uninstall/reinstall did not fix it.
• Main command runner sandbox setup from Program Files\WindowsApps appears to succeed, but browser/node helper uses the cached helper under AppData\Local and fails.
