As you can see, I can't select login method for codex, it's same on CMD and Powershell.
What steps can reproduce the bug?

On the terminal, I've type "codex", but it's not working

Can you say more about "can't select the login method"? Have you tried pressing the 1, 2, or 3 keys? The up/down arrow? What happens when you try to do one of these? Have you overridden the default keybindings in the TUI (by using the
/keymapcommand or manually editing your config.toml file)?Even if I press any key, I cannot select the focus, and it is automatically recognized as a new command.

As shown in the figure above, if you enter a number, it will be executed on a new command line.
Which version of the CLI are you using? From the screen shot, it looks very old.
I've fixed error, error comes from the VPN.
