Can Plus members be allowed to adjust the timing of their credit disbursement?

What feature would you like to see?
For individual users, is it possible to set up and configure their own Plus membership account, and adjust the time for the credit limit to be updated? For instance, the credit limit should not be refreshed from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM the next day, but the refresh time during the day should be shortened.
