Feature request: Persistent remaining usage/limit indicator in Codex Desktop

It would be very useful to always see the remaining usage limit directly in the Codex app window, for example as a small unobtrusive indicator in the bottom-right corner or status bar.

Current pain point: checking the remaining limit requires opening a separate menu/view repeatedly, which interrupts the workflow.

Suggested behavior:

• Show remaining limit/usage persistently in the app chrome or bottom-right corner.
• Keep it compact, e.g. “Limit: 42% left” or “3h 12m until reset”.
• Allow hiding it in settings for users who prefer a cleaner UI.
• Update it automatically during the session.

This would make long coding sessions much easier to manage.
