As the title said, I would like the ability to interrupt an on-going request without exiting the process completely and lose the context.

i.e: we could add a shortcut.
I can investigate this.

it already has this feature, press esc twice
@lugui1998 I tried that, does't work on Mac.
Pressing esc twice should work, happy to review a PR if you find & fix a bug related to this in the code!
The fix for #114 did not resolve it
