What issue are you seeing?

This is happening repeatedly on all my codex sessions. I resume a session, get one prompt, and if I dare type anything in the input, it crashes, even midstream. This is messed up.

issue started appearing, since roughly 9AM June 01. I believe an auto-update of codex was available, which I opted in, It is unclear, as to what triggered it but timing suggests so.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Just start up a new session, or resume and existing session. you cannot get more that 2 prompts

Crash
