I cant access gpt 5.3 codex with codex plus plan, codex can access my project

What issue are you seeing?

Last friday I bought plus subscription for codex:

Yesterday everything was working fine but today there are 2 problems:

1. I cant use GPT-5.3-Codex model anymore. It looks like I can use only standard chatgpt models.
2. Even standard models cant do anything in my project. They got error:

execution error: Io(Custom { kind: Other, error: "windows sandbox: spawn setup refresh" })

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Try to run prompt:
can you access shell commands? Try to run "echo ok"

What is the expected behavior?

It should run terminal command successfully.
