Payment not reset usage

What issue are you seeing?

It reset my usage after a new payment cycle, but now it's not, and it's broken my usage habit. I run out of usage before my normal cycles; it should not do that. Something is wrong.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

I cancel the plan way way back, then I bought a new one when the plan is ended. Its does reset usage but now its not.

What is the expected behavior?

The weekly usage reset and count are from the new payment cycles. I can just buy a plan with new account anyway, why this "not reset usage bug" happen in the same account
