What issue are you seeing?
I did not use GPT 5.3 Spark. It was 100% full. The GPT 5.3 Spark weekly limit was also 100% full. Only the 5-hour usage showed 0% remaining. Isn't that a different usage measurement? However, it says I cannot use the Spark model because it has been exceeded.
