Regression: Cannot inspect spawned subagent details after Codex upgrade

What issue are you seeing?

After upgrading Codex to the latest version, I can no longer view the execution details of spawned subagents.

Previously, when the main thread reported that it had spawned a subagent, the subagent name was clickable. Clicking it opened the subagent’s detailed run in the right-side panel.

After the upgrade, the main thread still indicates that a subagent was spawned, but the subagent name is no longer clickable, and there seems to be no way to inspect its execution details.

What steps can reproduce the bug?
