Composer in full screen is missing

What issue are you seeing?

I cannot access composer when I have the browser tab in full screen. There is not option to bring it back.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Expand panel of a browser tab and composer is not there to write.

What is the expected behavior?

To be able to write prompts while i have the browser tab full screen.
