Seems like it was resolved, it's behaving fine now.

It started happening before the new update for me, so I installed the update thinking it would fix it but it has not.

• No image generation will be used. I have not called any image model or image tool in this task; where visuals are useful, the repository uses ASCII diagrams and text-only placeholders.
