What issue are you seeing?

At random times, I'm getting "The model 'gpt-image-2' does not exist." but I'm not doing or have ever done any image generation in codex. When that message comes, Codex freezes completely and I can't do anything in any thread.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

What is the expected behavior?

The expected behavior is that message never shows up and Codex finishes implementing code and running commands as normal.

Additional information

This started happening after I updated to the latest version of Codex and I'm not doing anything with image generation nor have I ever done anything with image generation in codex.
