Windows: Visual corruption when Codex Desktop window is maximized

What issue are you seeing?
Summary
Visual corruption occurs only when the Codex Desktop application window is maximized.
The issue does not occur in fullscreen mode (F11) and does not occur when the window is restored or manually resized.
Steps to reproduce
- Open Codex Desktop.
- Maximize the window using the Windows maximize button.
- Observe the UI.
Expected behavior
The application should render normally when maximized.
Actual behavior
Visual artifacts appear when the window is maximized.
Parts of other application windows may become visible through the Codex interface and UI elements are rendered incorrectly.
Environment
- Codex Desktop version: 26.601.20914
- Resolution: 1920x1080
- Display scaling: 100%
- NVIDIA GPU
- Windows x64
Troubleshooting performed
- Disabled Hardware GPU Scheduling
- Tested fullscreen mode (F11)
- Tested restored window mode
- Reset zoom level
- Restarted application
Additional notes
The issue only occurs when the application is in the Windows maximized state.
Fullscreen mode (F11) works correctly.

What steps can reproduce the bug?
- Open Codex Desktop on Windows.
- Open any project or stay on the home screen.
- Maximize the application using the Windows maximize button.
- Move focus between Codex and other applications (e.g. Chrome, YouTube, VS Code).
- Observe visual corruption in the Codex UI.
Notes:
- The issue occurs consistently when the window is maximized.
- The issue does not occur when the window is restored.
- The issue does not occur when using fullscreen mode (F11).
What is the expected behavior?
Codex should render correctly when the application window is maximized.
The UI should completely cover the application surface and should not display content from other applications or render visual artifacts.
