Add setting to disable left-edge hover sidebar reveal in Codex app

Feature request

Add a user setting to disable the Codex desktop app's left-edge hover sidebar reveal / quick sidebar popup.

Problem

When the Codex app is used as a narrow sidebar-style window on the right side of the screen, moving the mouse leftward toward another app can cross the Codex window's left edge and trigger the hover sidebar reveal. This interrupts workflows where Codex is kept beside another application, such as Roblox Studio.

Requested behavior

Provide a setting such as 'Disable sidebar hover reveal' or 'Require click to reveal collapsed sidebar'. Ideally this would be available in Settings > General or Appearance, and would preserve the existing keyboard shortcut for toggling the full sidebar.

Current workaround

The existing Toggle sidebar shortcut only controls the full sidebar state. It does not disable the left-edge hover reveal behavior.
