What issue are you seeing?
When running tasks through a subagent, permission requests don’t trigger a pop-up notification. As a result, I can’t tell when the agent is waiting for permission and appears to be stuck.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
spawn a subagent to run a task which needs some system permission, like install some npm packages
