"Install Computer Use" simply does not work

hangs here for a few minutes then disappears, giving no error message or evidence that the install worked. Restarting codex app brings the install button back (it's not installed)

Installed after a restart. But unusable - time to first action at least 5 minutes and I disabled it. Presumably due to the major WSL regressions in the latest release (not that it was ever fast on WSL).
