Codex Desktop: top-left button is partially hidden/truncated in zh-CN UI

Summary
In Codex Desktop on macOS with Chinese UI, the top-left button appears clipped/truncated. Resizing the window and resetting zoom does not fix it.
Environment
- Codex Desktop version: 26.601.21317
- Build: 3511
- macOS: 13.7.8
- Architecture: x86_64 / Intel Mac
- Locale/UI language: zh-CN / Chinese
What issue are you seeing?
The button in the top-left area of the Codex Desktop window is not fully visible. It looks clipped or partially hidden.
I tried:
- resizing the Codex window
- restarting Codex
- resetting zoom with Command+0
- zooming out with Command-
- clearing the saved window frame
The issue still persists.
Expected behavior
The top-left button should be fully visible and usable at normal window sizes, including in Chinese UI.
Actual behavior
The top-left button is partially clipped / not fully displayed.
Additional information
This appears to be a layout issue in the Codex Desktop UI, possibly related to Chinese localization or minimum window/sidebar width.
