openai-bundledmarketplace、插件 cache、latest指针、runtime/helper 路径或 Chrome native-host 注册状态发生了漂移/残缺，WinBridge Recovery 可以自动检查并尝试恢复；这个工具只使用电脑上已经安装的官方 Desktop 包来做本地状态恢复，有备份、回滚和修复后自检，不修改
C:\Program Files\WindowsApps，也不打包官方插件文件。我是这个项目的维护者，项目是非官方、非商业的学生项目。你这种“原来/应该有，但本地突然找不到插件”的情况可以先用它做一次诊断；如果诊断显示本地静态状态完全一致，那就更应该继续按账号/服务端或上游运行时问题排查。
